Our Structural Works division handles the precise design, fabrication, and installation of heavy structural works such as thermal power plants, hydropower plants, airport hangars, railway wagons, nuclear fuel complexes, and sheet pile work.
BEKEM carries out the design and construction of dams, barrages, power plants, railway bridges, railway track embankments, canals, tunnels, aqueducts, roads, and the laying of optical fiber cables. We also specialize in well foundations and pile foundations. BEKEM is proudly associated with the Indian Railways and has a rich portfolio of projects including the manufacturing of locomotives, gang wagons, missile storage, missile-carrying wagons, railway tunnels, well foundation bridges, RUBs, ROBs, and the construction of new BG lines. Our Ropeway and Cable Car division has undertaken the construction of a 700m ropeway between Chandigarh Manali National Highway (near Pandoh Reservoir) and Mata Baglamukhi Temple (Bakhli), Mandi District, Himachal Pradesh. BEKEM oversaw all engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) following the CEN standard, including comprehensive operation and maintenance for a five-year period.
The company has recently forayed into the oil and refinery services by undertaking tankage and associated civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and firefighting work for the Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd. (MRPL) marketing terminal project at Devangonthi, Bangalore.
